Moonstone Movement is an embodied movement class crafted for women seeking to more deeply explore the connection to the Divine Feminine within. In this two hour journey we pair the ancient wisdom of ceremonial Cacao with the ancient wisdom of our bodies - dance. These two modalities come together to weave the magic of self-discovery and inner connection. Moonstone Movement invites you to embrace the dance between desire and self-worth, focusing on the heart opening medicine of Cacao to engage the heart center while fluid, sensual movements help us celebrate and explore our divine feminine energy, the sacral space.

ABOUT KRISTEN
Kristen is of Mexican and Bodéwadmi (Potawatomi) lineages, a mother to three, advocate for preserving and reclaiming ancestral knowledge, member of Citizen Potawatomi Nation’s “De’Wegen Kwek” (Women’s Drum), Indigenous Breastfeeding Counselor, birth doula and Cacao space holder.

Shonna Chiles-Heintzelman, owner of Cosmic Flora Crystals, has over 25 years of dance experience (10 years with a career in professional dance). She seeks to help others grow and heal themselves using Mother Earth's tools with an emphasis on education, both with crystal therapy and alternative wellness modalities.
